When Tomas Santos returns home to join the family law firm, he discovers his two brothers are secretly middlemen in a narcotics deal. Which side of the law will he end up on? Playwright Octavio Solis makes his New York debut with this drama, partially based on a true story. The play received the 1994 Roger L. Stevens Playwriting Award and the 1994 Will Glickman Best Playwright Award for Best New Play in the Bay Area. Michael John Garces directs a cast of 13.
There will be an additional Opening Night Gala performance on Tuesday, July 18 at 7pm. The playwright, director, and cast will be present for an after-show discussion; cocktails and Mexican food will be provided. Tickets for this performance only are $30. There will be no performance on Saturday, July 22.
