La Mama Experiment Theater Club presents the return of Elia Schneider’s Teatro Drama of Venezuela, ROOMS. This three-woman play explores human?s dependency on time, space and objects. The women are cloistered in solitary rooms, ironing, drinking coffee, cleaning, etc? Their extremely rigid, everyday order is interrupted when one of the women cuts her dependency on her space and objects and tries to run away. The three learn about the truth of imprisonment and freedom in this unique production. The play is wordless except for a brief quotation from “The Trees” by Kafka.
