Family Tree Collective, with The 13th Street Repertory Theatre, presents Outlet, the first installment in a series raising funds to save The 13th Street Repertory Theatre. This program features young, New York based playwrights, musicians, poets, rappers,, singers, comics, actors, songwriters and more.
The project was conceived as an opportunity for NYC artist of all walks to gain voice while raising money for a community cause. Outlet will be an evening of artistic explosion showcasing short plays, stand-up comedy, spoken poetry, jazz, and hip-hop music from local artist. Every piece is original, uncensored, and straight from the source. All proceeds go directly to Edith O’Hara to keep 13th Street Repertory from becoming a high-rise apartment building.
