On a fervent search for self-realization to avoid mirroring her father’s self-destructive path, Amanda travels alone to an ashram in India to study yoga. Guided by the relentlessly cheerful ashram guru, Purnima, Amanda reflects deeply on mortality and the workings of her mind, learning to let go and surrender to the present moment.
