About This Show

Not From Canada is a play about white people. Three unusually white people find themselves in a restaurant, seated at the same table, with no memory of their arrival — or of each other. They must have a pleasant time.
Three white people would not be seated together at a table if they were not meant to have a pleasant time. A waiter enters to bring them water, but never says a word — and never pauses to take their order. Each white person relates strange stories about themselves and their recent purchases. As their hunger and desperation grows,
characters from their stories appear in the restuarant — with hilarious and sinister results.

Not From Canada is presented as part of the 2007 New York International Fringe Festival.
