Gaines, Tony/Grammy-nominated writer of Bring in Da Noise Bring in Da Funk, unveils a sociopolitical, critical analysis of Black America, seen through the eyes of two Black homeless men, which takes places in Union Square Park a day after September 11th. Gaines’s Other Aspects won Best Play at Downton Urban Theater Festival 2003.
