Muddy Mother Murder

Three mothers discuss whether or not they think abortion should be legal; Jesus weighs in on the issue with a stand-up routine after the discussion. Muddy Mother Murder was conceived and written as a response to the June 24, 2022 Dobbs decision, in which the U.S. Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wade. The play asks many questions, including (but not limited to) "Are you allowed to love and regret your children in equal measure?" and "Can you tell the difference between a zygote and a melanoma?" and "Did Mary, mother of God, want to have Jesus? Or was it kind of a foregone conclusion?"
