The place is the Minnesota apple farm of “Lindy and Cindy.” Linda’s life has been interrupted by a surprise visit from the quite pregnant niece, Alison.

The father of Alison’s child, Jerry, is a Coast Guard seamen who left for Vietnam and who Alison is sure will turn up any day now. However, Alison is also charmed by the local funeral director’s son, Alec, who dreams of leaving the funeral business and buying a flower farm. Alison’s surprising solution to her problem transforms the play and makes everyone realize that where there is love, anything is possible.

All proceeds benefit families at McGuire Air Force Base whose spouses are now stationed in Iraq.
