About This Show

Theater for the New City demonstrates the creative explosion of the Lower East Side with its seventh annual Lower East Side Festival of the Arts. A score of stars and over 100 performing arts organizations, independent artists, poets, politicians, videographers and film makers join forces for this three-day indoor and outdoor festival of theater.

This year, the festival is dedicated to the late playwright Leonard Melfi and the late choreographer Rod Rodgers.
