Ladies of Song

In celebration of Black History Month, Ladies of Song by Max Sparber features Lynnie Godfrey in a musical and dramatic homage to the great blues and jazz singers Ethel Waters, Ella Fitzgerald, and Sara Vaughan. Their music includes works composed by Harold Arlen, Cole Porter, George David Wiess, and George Shearing.
