About This Show

Lt. Clark’s Theatre presents Gotham Standards at the New York International Fringe Festival. This one-man show, written and performed by Chris Harcum, mixes real-life events with imaginary characterizations. Harcum offers a humorous and touching look at how we choose to live our lives in relation to our influences. The show begins with Harcum recounting the moments before his grandmother’s death when he found himself looking for some escape by watching the network premiere of Batman and Robin. He takes the audience through the life of his grandmother and leads them through a mental journey he experienced after Gammy let out her last breath. Janine Marie McCabe directs.
