Dance New Amsterdam (DNA) is pleased to present Laura Peterson Choreography in the world premiere of Forever. The New York Times said of Peterson’s Spring 2008 premiere of Electrolux, "Dance New Amsterdam was smart to name Laura Peterson as one of its 2007-8 artists in residence…" Her newest work, Forever is an electrifying addition to DNA’s Winter 2009 Season. Forever. is performed by Christopher Hutchings, Kate Martel, Stephanie Miracle, Laura Peterson with music by Lumberob (Rob Erickson), costumes by Candice Thompson and lighting design by Amanda K. Ringger.
Imagine a kaleidoscope’s saturated and seamless, dazzling light. Perfectly symmetrical and precise in its geometry, endlessly changing.
This new evening length dance is performed on a large luminous white circle with the audience seated all around and performed to music by Lumberob.
