Five Women Waiting

Michel Wallerstein’s Five Women Waiting spans 40 years in the lives of five women whose bond has endured experiences in concentration camps during World War II and many trials and tribulations in the ensuing years. These women meet as young girls in 1940s Europe, and they reconnect many times before ultimately reuniting in New York City in the 1980s.
