Educating Oedipus

Written, choreographed, and performed by Gary Shore, Educating Oedipus has a professor teaching Oedipus Rex to his students. The class has taken a comprehensive exam on the play and done poorly. To clarify major elements, the professor acts out the Greek classic. He plays all the parts while at the same time lends commentary. The class questions his authority and his convictions leading the professor to a date with destiny in the modern age.
