Ruby & Charlie – Inspired by the soulful music of Ray Charles and using it as a backdrop for a pair of hearts in the 1950s, Ruby & Charlie combines love, death, disappointment, and swing dance. Developed in part at the O’Neill Puppetry Conference and The Freight with a grant from the Henson Foundation, Ruby & Charlie utilizes tabletop puppetry and a nonverbal narrative to illustrate the relationship highs and woes we all experience.
Marcel & Man Ray – A multi-media performance exploring the lifelong friendship of the Dada artists Marcel Duchamp and Man Ray.
