Animal Farm: The Musical

The story begins when respected boar Old Major gathers the animals of Manor Farm together to tell them of his vision; an animal utopia in which animals have thrown off the yoke of man and sing together of their freedom. Soon, the animals overthrow Manor Farm and rename it Animal Farm. The pigs are the most intelligent animals, and so it falls to them to lead and guide the new era. Pigs Snowball, Napoleon, and Squealer develop Old Major’s vision into the Seven Commandments of Animalism. But Farmer Jones returns with other men to take back the farm, the animals triumph under Snowball’s leadership. Unfortunately, Snowball and Napoleon are at odds over everything. Not long after, Napoleon makes his play, Taking over the farm and being more tyrannical than farmer Jones ever was.
