New York City
Ample Sample is just that. Two evenings for you to sample some of the best new work scouted in and around town. Michelle Moskowitz Brown has combed the city and sifted out the riff from the raff to bring you a mix of seasoned performers and newcomers in dance, theater, puppetry, the aerial arts, and more. On the program is Urban Bush Women, choreographer Laura Peterson, aerial dance by Fly-by-Night Dance Theater, “Kool-Aid love woes” by Baraka de Soleil with Little Monstah and the gang, and the romantically soulful sound of jazz singer Paula Jeanine.
