Barefoot Theatre Company presents the American Playwrights Festival, an evening of short one-acts by some of America’s most influential playwrights. The evening begins with Savage/Love, the poetry of Sam Shepard and Joseph Chaikin followed by Israel Horovitz’s intriguing drama Rats, Christopher Durang’s and Wendy Wasserstein’s hilarious interpretation of the famous greek tragedy Medea, David Mamet’s realistic Deer Dogs about two men discussing men & their dogs, and finally Tennessee Williams beautifully tragic This Property Is Condemned.
