Sanctuary Theatre Workshop presents the premiere of 3: Before Breakfast, Box, and Pandora’s Box of Sweets, an evening of three one act, one woman shows. Rip Torn directs Eugene O’Neill’s rarely produced Before Breakfast, which moves from tragedy to comedy in its depiction of a marriage falling apart. Juliana Francis’ Box, which details nine minutes in the life of a Ukranian peep show dancer, is directed by Tony Torn, who also directs the final show of the evening: Chay Costello’s Pandora’s Box of Sweets, an operatic monologue about joy, sacrifice, and dessert.
