The Story

When issues of racial expectations in the media are involved, can you ever tell the real story? In Tracey Scott Wilson’s new play, an ambitious black newspaper reporter investigates a murder and finds the BEST story–but is it the truth? Wilson explores the elusive nature of truth as the boundaries between reality and fiction, morality and ambition become dangerously blurred. Loretta Greco directs this world premiere.
