The New Shanghai Circus

The New Victory Theater presents The New Shanghai Circus, an innovative and internationally renowned troupe of Chinese acrobats, aerialists and athletes. The program replaces the previously scheduled Golden Dragon Acrobats.

The New Shanghai Circus previously appeared at the New Vic in 1999 and 2002 and is back with a thrilling spectacle of Chinese circus arts. These astounding acts, dating back to the harvest festivals of 2,000 years ago, combine with show-stopping choreography, dazzling lighting, enchanting scenery and powerful music to create a dynamic and fantastic performance, sure to amaze.
