Moment When, The

Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winner James Lapine will debut his new play THE MOMENT WHEN at Playwrights Horizons. The plot follows the meeting of a hotshot book jacket artist, a novelist and an agent’s young assistant at a quintessential literary soiree. Over the course of fifteen years their lives become inexorably linked, and forever changed. Families are formed and unformed, careers are made and unmade, and lives are uprooted in pursuit of an elusive happiness. This is a play about the twists and turns of fate that brings out the best and worst in human nature.
