Holocaust Stories

Directed, conceived, and choreographed by Gabrielle Lansner, the dance/theater work Holocaust Stories includes The Jewish Wife (based on Bertolt’s Brecht’s play of the same name), Magda (based on Cynthia Ozick’s short stories “The Shawl” and “Rosa”), and the 2003 premiere of Address Unknown (based on Kressmann Taylor’s novel.) All three pieces are told through a non-linear narrative structure that uses dance, psychological gesture, words, and music.
