Meadow is brand new to Cognizant, a company which hires employees to monitor and evaluate Facebook posts. It’s up to her and her team of five to decide what can remain online and what is simply too violent, racist, sexist, or robbing of intellectual property. While she’s wide-eyed and optimistic going in, those around there aren’t as enthusiastic. As she delves deeper into the world of Facebook moderation, she is exposed to the worst of humanity, and must find a way to work the job while not letting the choices of society break her.
