About This Show

Black Nativity is one of playwright Langston Hughes’ most beloved works. The Classical Theatre of Harlem’s adaptation, set on 42nd Street in 1973 against a backdrop of lost souls and hustlers, tells the soulful story of the universal search for “peace on earth.” Choreography is by Tracy Jack.
