Coney Island’s infamous burlesque game show America’s Favorite Burlesque Gameshow – This or That! moves to Off-Broadway’s The Zipper Theater for two performances only! Be there Fridays April 15th & 22nd!
Host The Great Fredini, renowned sword swallower, magician, improvisation wizard greets two contestants with a wheel issuing racy challenges, sex toy prizes, and two curtains concealing world class burlesque and variety artists.
Bootylicious co-host Julie Atlas Muz, blonde bombshell and recent Whitney Biennial artist, calls the shots as contestants vie for cash, prizes, and the chance to be spanked. The fun and humiliation climax when the “winning” contestant chooses one of two curtains: “This” or “That”, out of which emerges either a classic burlesque hottie or an act that stinks so bad it’s brilliant!
The cast includes regulars such as Bambi and Bunny Luv- the This or That Girls and MC and drummer/mc Brian Fisherman. In addition, each week’s show will contain burlesque sensations such as the World Famous *BOB*, Miss Dirty Martini, Bombshell Girl Lady Ace, Tigger and more! The This or That curtains could be hiding stinkbomb *bad acts* you’ve just gotta love, such as Bradford Scobie’s Doctor Donut, Ophelia Rottencrotch, or Candy Pants the Beaver, but it also could be hiding world class variety acts such as hand balancing duo Imago, Katerina Contortions, the wild west arts of AJ Silver, world champion knife thrower the Great Throwdini, and more! But the real stars of the show are the contestants who come out of the crowd and transform themselves into burlesque performers before your eyes!
Every week sports an entirely different show with new acts and outrageous contestant antics. Who doesn’t enjoy a little good clean fun? Well, you’ve never seen a game show like this one before!
