HR: A New Play

Following the abrupt firing of an administrative assistant for sexual harassment, Claire, a young employee at Cadal Solutions, sets up a meeting with the Director and Manager of Human Resources, seeking answers about why other sexual harassment allegations have not been acted upon. In a search for justice, Claire navigates her way through HR platitudes and continuous interruptions from the phone she is covering for the fired administrative assistant. Written by Tara Kelso and directed by Alysia Homminga, HR is a play that explores the meaning of justice, regret, and the lengths to which people will go to protect their own power.
