Hinton Battle Theatre Laboratory Fundraiser

The Hinton Battle Theatre Laboratory presents its first fundraiser. The event will be hosted by Phylicia Rashad and will feature performances by Hinton Battle, Angelo Bofill, Cote de Pablo, Bahiyah Gaines, Savion Glover, Timothy Graphenreed, Jasmine Guy, Maurice Hines, Yah Ya Masi James, Stephanie Mills, T.S. Monk, Melba Moore, Phoebe Snow, Harold Wheeler with The Rhythm Nation Band.

The Hinton Battle Theatre Laboratory was created to provide a physical space and an environment that nourishes and inspires the creative vision. A place to nurture, develop, support and present original and diverse works in dance, drama, music and comedy affording the artist the tools necessary to expand their original works. As an African-American, Hinton Battle cherishes the opportunity to enhance and enrich the American Theater’s cultural horizon and give back to the community that has so graciously given to him.
