American Songbook: The Songwriters

American Songbook presents a weekend dedicated to The Songwriters. Events include:

April 2: Lynn Ahrens & Stephen Flaherty (Ragtime, Once On This Island, A Man of No Importance) celebrate their 20th year as collaborators with an evening of their music performed by special guests TBA. (8:00pm & 10:00pm)

April 3: Stew, the singer/songwriter who headlines the group The Negro Problem, performs a solo concert featuring selections from his solo albums, including his most recent Naked Dutch Painter. (8:00pm & 10:00pm)

April 4: Adam Guettel, acclaimed young songwriter and grandson of Richard Rodgers, is joined by guest performers to perform selections from his body of work (Floyd Collins, Fugue State.) (8:00pm & 10:00pm)

All 8:00pm performances are $45 and all 10:00pm performances are $30.
