Nathaniel Reed’s hilarious comedy centers around Henry Simmons, a successful paint factory owner who wants to marry his daughter off to his junior partner, Chester (for business reasons). The daughter, however, is not interested – especially since Chester dresses like an unmade bed and hasn’t the foggiest idea of how to please a woman. The hair-brained schemes that Simmons dreams up to change Chester into a real “Man About Town” have poor Chester getting into deeper and deeper trouble. So, enjoy the food and settle in for a good laugh at this latest dinner theater presentation by the Hunterdon Hills Playhouse.
