The Rocky Horror Show

The Acedemy Theatre presents The Rocky Horror Show, featuring music and lyrics by Richard O’ Brien. The story of a middle-American, ‘Ike Age’ young couple, Brad Majors and Janet Weiss, who stumble upon the home of the mad Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a transvestite from the planet Transexual in the galaxy of Transylvania. Dr. Furter is in the midst of one of his maniacal experiments -he has created the perfect man: a rippling piece of beefcake christened Rocky Horror. What follows is a misadventure of sexual confusion, campy sci-fi, and trashy rock n’ roll.
