Based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale of a brilliant doctor, Dr. Henry Jekyll, who in an attempt to help his mentally ill father delves into the mysteries of human personality. Unwittingly, he discovers his own dark side and creates a murderous counterpart, Mr Hyde, who brings evil and death to the streets of 19th Century London. The musical score includes the hits, “This is the Moment” and “Someone Like You.” Jekyll and Hyde is a macabre combination of fun and fright. Winner of four 1997 Tony Awards. Lauren Moran directs.
