Exo-skin-esphere: An Experimental Collaboration between Dance & Engineering

Robotically mutated bodies transform shape and movement in this collaborative experiment between dance and science. Exploring research from areas of STEAM to inform the creative process, Exo-skin-esphere sculpts bodies in exciting ways by merging dancers with morphing exoskeleton suits. Exo-skin-esphere is created by Leslie Bush in partnership with Dr. Mitja Trkov from the College of Engineering, and graduate students researching soft robotics for biomedical applications.
