About This Show

Martin seems to have it all: he’s a wildly successful architect,
happily married, in the prime of his life, father of a smart and
handsome son. He’s just learned that he’s to receive the prestigious
Pritzker Prize, the highest honor in his profession, and he’s been
made the leader of a multi-billion dollar dream project.

And Martin has a secret, an unspeakable secret love affair that
threatens to blow his career, his marriage, his happy life apart.
When he confides in his best friend, Martin becomes a man who HAD it
all, and finds himself at the edge of society’s tolerance and
face-to-face with his own loneliness.

The comedy and cruelty, warm intoxications and often unfathomable
isolation of modern marriage are among the subjects of Edward Albee’s
outrageous and deeply thoughtful The Goat, Or Who Is Sylvia?, which earned the 2002 Tony Award for Best Play.
