ACT is proud to present John Patrick’s The Curious Savage as part of its Summer Repertory Season. The late Mr. Savage bequeathed ten million dollars to his widow. When Mrs. Savage can not be persuaded to part with the fortune, her step-children commit her to a sanitarium, hoping to bring her to her senses! Instead, Mrs. Savage finds a lovely world of slightly-damaged people, all of whom she knows she can help. A tale of greed versus giving, this is a charming battle of wit and wisdom.
