An original work by choreographer Shen Pei and interdisciplinary artist Marcus Young, Sun & Moon is a modern reconsideration of one of the oldest Chinese myths. An ancient myth about chasing the sun becomes a modern metaphor for humanity’s exploration of space and eternal pursuit of knowledge. This world premiere work marries myth with modern science, tradition with technology.
