Pageant: the musical

The Minneapolis Musical Theatre announces that the entire original cast
of Pageant: the musical has agreed to return for the revival of this hit musical, which kicks off MMT’s 2003-2004 season. This musical spoof is composed by Albert Evans with book and lyrics by Frank
Kelly and Bill Russell.

Join the cast of Pageant as six wacky beauty queens (all played by men) compete in an extravaganza of evening gowns, bathing suits and not-to-be-missed talent. While les girls swirl around the charming host in the funniest beauty contest ever seen, judges selected from the audiences decide who will be crowned Miss Glamouresse. A different winner each night ensures non-stop nail-biting fun!
