Cathy’s Creek

Stages Theatre Company continues its 20th Anniversary season with a stirring new musical, Cathy’s Creek, created by playwright Elise Forier and composer Tina Lear.

Iowa farm girl Cathy Scruggs is concerned about the runoff from a nearby factory farm and the effect it is having on their creek. When assigned to write a report on Joan of Arc, Cathy meets the real Joan, and together they give each other the courage to face their respective challenges.
