New York City
It’s the 1930s and celebrated playwrights Turai and Gal are sailing to New York for the Broadway debut of their new musical comedy. But the play is unfinished, beginning, middle and end and to further complicate matters, the composer tosses his music overboard and threatens to take the leap over the rail too. Rough Crossing is as delightfully delirious as the art form it affectionately lampoons, with original music composed by André Previn.
