COVID SAFETY INFORMATION

The Fall Showcase is presented and produced in compliance with the City of Boston's and Suffolk University's COVID 19 protocol.

Suffolk University's current Covid-19 safety guidelines for audiences are as follows:

Audiences are required to wear masks at all times.
There is a two-step process for entry to the performance:

• 1. In order to enter the Sawyer building, you must tap your Suffolk ID with the security desk. Non-Suffolk community members will be required to fill out a health screening. You may do so in advance. See your pre-show email for details.
  
  2. Upon arrival at the Sullivan Studio on the 11th floor, your Suffolk ID will be checked again. Non-Suffolk community members will be required to show either:
  • a. Proof of Vaccination: Either the original vaccination card – including name, date of birth, vaccine manufacturer, and date of vaccine administration – or printed or digital documentation providing proof of being fully vaccinated (two weeks after final dose). Suffolk accepts all COVID-19 vaccines authorized for use by the FDA or WHO.
    b. Negative COVID-19 Test: Either a printed or digital copy of a negative PCR/molecular test (within 72 hours of the event) or a negative rapid/antigen test (within 24 hours of the event) – including name, date of birth, and date the test was performed. Tests must be performed by a recognized medical institution or pharmacy. Over-the-counter rapid/antigen tests will not be accepted.
