2017 Spotlight Spectacular

Boston mayor Martin J. Walsh and Tony and Grammy Award-winning artist and Topdog/Underdog director Billy Porter will be honored with the Wimberly Award at the 2017 Spotlight Spectacular. The Huntington Theatre Company’s festive annual event raises money to support the company’s programs, including its award-winning youth, education, and community initiatives that reach more than 39,000 people annually. Guests will be treated to entertainment by Porter, Aimee Doherty (Sunday in the Park With George), Telly Leung (In Transit), and Ken Robinson (The Colored Museum).
