Parade

Parade chronicles the true story of the trial of Leo Frank, a Jewish factory superintendent accused of murdering thirteen-year-old factory girl Mary Phagan in Atlanta, Georgia in 1913. The story is a perfect storm of many of American history’s most troubling but essential chapters, diving without restraint into racism, anti-Semitism, socio-economic issues, child labor, the American justice system, and the increased role of the media in public opinion.
