Orphans

In Lyle Kessler’s Orphans, Treat and Phillip are orphans whose lives are turned upside down when Treat meets Harold, a businessman, and holds him for ransom. Except that Harold is not exactly who he appears to be. Is he an innocent victim, a dangerous mobster, or, just maybe, the answer to these dead-end kids’ prayers for a father?
