About the Show
This musical set in 1905 Imperial Russia, follows Tevye, a poor Jewish dairyman in Anatevka striving to uphold tradition amidst cultural change and rising antisemitism. Tevye struggles to balance his faith with his three older daughters’ demands to marry for love rather than through a matchmaker.
