Church Basement Ladies

The Church Basement Ladies are back in the show that started it all! Times are quickly changing in 1965, and these formidable women do all they can to keep things from boiling over below the house of God. Based on the Scandinavian Lutheran humor writings of Janet Martin and Suzann Nelson, the women of Church Basement Ladies are characters who can be found in any denomination. Together they tackle both food and food for thought while managing a record-breaking Christmas dinner, the funeral of a dear friend, a Hawaiian Easter fundraiser and a hot July wedding.
