About the Show
Students ages 8-18 of CYT Chicago (Lake) proudly present The Little Mermaid. The land under the sea splashes onto stage in this original CYT production. Spirited and beautiful mermaid Ariel, daughter of King Neptune, dreams of shedding her fins and living up on dry ground. Striking a bargain with a sea witch secures her a pair of legs, a new love, and a whole world of adventure. The show runs about 2 hours with one intermission. Recommended for all ages.
