New York City
Culled from interviews, letters, transcripts, case files, and public records, The Exonerated tells the stories of six wrongfully convicted survivors of death row in their own words. It paints a harrowing picture of American justice gone terribly wrong and also pays tribute to the perseverance and bravery of the people it portrays. The play is simple, honest and riveting storytelling.
