A Shayna Maidel

In A Shayna Maidel, Lusia, a Polish Jew who has survived the Holocaust, joins her sister and father, who earlier escaped to the United States. Lusia must deal with the challenges of adjusting to an entirely new culture and family she hardly remembers, as well as search for her husband, whom she believes is alive, all while being haunted by memories of her lost family and friends.
