Who Goes There? (the Thing’s’ the play)

Deep in Antarctica, a team of scientists find something buried in the ice. Millions of years old, this stellar castaway possesses the terrifying ability to mimic the form of anything it absorbs. Soon the researchers find themselves trapped in a prison of paranoia, unable to discern friend from foe. Who Goes There? (The Thing’s the Play) is a work-in-progress, based upon the classic science fiction story by John W. Campbell, Jr. This staged reading is a workshop that provides the playwright an opportunity to hear the words spoken aloud for the first time, and you are invited into the process.
