Gold City Quartet

About the Show

In every genre of music, there are those artists who’s impact is so great, who’s influence is so far reaching, that they become synonymous with the genre itself. Their music becomes the epitome of its class, an example by which one can define the greater whole. For Southern Gospel, that group is the Gold City Quartet.

Named for their historic gold rush hometown of Dahlonega, GA, Gold City began to solidify their place in the halls of Southern Gospel legend early on. Thrilling audiences with their comical antics during the a capella “Ezekiel Saw The Wheel” or the hopeful hand-clapping message of “In My Robe Of White,” Gold City’s early years made it clear that this group was destined to produce one hit after another!
